The wires that have been purchased by our purchasing department according to our customers requested quality and size specifications, are transfered to our multi sitation COLD FORMING and
SECOND OPERATION machines for production .
In addition to the production that have been made according to DIN-TSE-ISO-ANSI standards, special productions have been made according to customers specifications and standards.
In each phase of production, sizing, inspection and tests are made under supervision of our operators.
Production quality guaranteed and documented by Statistical Period Control (SPC) that
has been
made
during production which starts with sampling control and sampling confirmation. Production phases are constantly under quality control with periodic controls by qualified quality control personnel.
